My name is Chris and I am a licensed builder and the founder of BookYourShed.com. I am a lifelong resident, so "Book Your Shed" was started on the belief that we can add integrity & longevity into the outbuildings in our area.

Yes, we can absolutely build your shed to match your homes color. We use Sherwin Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic Latex paint.

You wont have to worry about taking down fences or having trucks drive over your lawn. We hand carry all shed materials to build site.

Solid Block Footings

We level your shed on solid cement blocks making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. This ensures years of service without rot or insect damage.

2x6 Floor Joists 16"oc and 3/4 Plywood Floor Sheathing

We use pressure treated materials for our 2x6 floor joist and the 3/4 plywood subfloor in all our builds.

2x4 Wall Construction

We frame all our walls with top choice 2x4 wall studs, not 2x3.

Locking Door Tee Handle

Our doors have a locking tee handle with keys.

Gable Vents

We include gable air vents on all our sheds.

Lifetime Warranty Dimensional Shingles

Choose from many popular shingle colors. We use the best Architectural Shingles available. They are Algae Resistant and rated to withstand up to 130mph wind.

LP Smartside Wall Panels

We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is an exterior grade panel pre primed a natural tan color. It is treated so it will not absorb water.

4" Roof Overhangs

Our sheds have a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather.

White - Maintenance Free PVC Trim

If you look at old outdoor storage sheds you quickly realize that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim boards used. We eliminate that from happening on our sheds by using only PVC trim boards. They never need paint and they will never rot.

Windows are white, the bottom portion slides up and down, 3 lock positions, and have screens.

Sheds -/= 80sq ft include one window.

Sheds + 80sq ft include two windows.

24" Deep Workbench - $12 Linear Ft

Our work benches are 24" deep and run the full width of the shed. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.

32" Deep Loft - $16 Linear Ft

Our storage lofts are 32" deep and run the full width of the shed. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas.

18" Wide Flower Boxes - $75ea

Vinyl flower boxes are Available in White, Black, Green, Maroon, and Blue.

9x27" Shutters - $75pr

Vinyl shutters are Available in White, Black, Green, Maroon, and Blue.

Extra Set Of Double Doors - $500

Two sets of double doors can be installed for easier access through the shed.

Same scenario sometimes applies to the single door. Easy access.

Heavy Duty Ramp - $300

If you have a lawn mower or snow blower then you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.

Demo/Dump Service - $10 Sq Ft

We offer old shed demolition and removal. We charge $10 per square ft. Ex: 8' x 8' Old Shed = 64sq ft

Price would be $640 to demolish and haul all debris to the dump.

Custom Painting - $5 Per Sq Ft

($300 Minimum)

We offer custom painting for your shed. If you prefer a color other than the standard tan, we use Sherwin Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic Latex paint.

Custom Dormer Roof - $2400

A dormer can add charm to larger sheds. The dormer roof can be added to sheds 10x12 and larger. The roof pitch must be raised to a 33 degree (8:12) angle and it can only fit on sheds 10ft wide or larger.

High Side Walls 7ft - $300

Highest Side Walls 8ft - $450

Transom Window Doors - $300pr

Add some character to your shed with inset transom windows. Very attractive as well as letting light into the shed.
